What we collect
If you write to us or submit the contact form, we receive the name, phone, email, company, and project information you choose to send. Name, phone, and email are required on the form. There is no account system on this site at present.
Why we use it
To answer inquiries, issue samples or quotations, and keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell contact lists.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a self-hosted copy of Umami to count visits and to see which pages and referral sources bring visitors. It runs on our own server, sets no cookies in your browser, and does not follow you across other sites. We read the totals in aggregate only.
We also load the website-visitor script of Apollo.io, a sales-intelligence provider, on every page. It stores a random visitor identifier in your browser and reports the page viewed, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the link to Apollo. Apollo then matches the visit to the company behind the network address it came from — for example an architecture practice or a building-materials distributor. On our plan this is company-level only: we see that a company looked at our products, not which individual did. We use it to see which companies are evaluating our materials, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google API data
The application yangphen ga4 connects to this website's Google Analytics 4 property through the Google Analytics Data API, requesting only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly scope. It reads aggregated traffic figures for this site only — sessions, page views, countries and traffic sources. It never receives personal data about visitors of this site, holds no user accounts, and is not offered to the public. A full description of the application is on the application overview page.
Data received through Google APIs is used only to analyse this site's own traffic. It is not sold, not shared with third parties for their own purposes, not used to build advertising profiles, and not used to train or evaluate machine learning or AI models. It is never used to create AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AI NCII) or any other content prohibited by the Google APIs Terms of Service. This use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and transfer
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to complete the commercial follow-up and to meet accounting or legal duties. Staff and processors in China may see the data in order to reply.
