Zhongshan mill notes: samples before the wall is locked

A mill-run sample is a sheet from the current production, not a printed swatch. It shows the mineral face, the backer, the edge, and how the sheet bends on a small radius. That is the object a specifier should hold before the wall is drawn as finished.

What the Zhongshan plant actually is

Zhongshan Yangphen Technology Co., Ltd. has operated in Zhongshan, Guangdong since 2006. The plant is about 10,000 m². Monthly flexible stone capacity is around 150,000 m². Those figures are the same ones used on the About page — News does not keep a second set of numbers.

The work is mineral cladding: a thin stone-look skin for facades, interiors, columns, and overlay renovations. It is not a resin imitation panel and not a PVC wrap. Where a look is mill-made here, we can speak as the factory. Where a look is integrated from the wider board, we say so and still lock the sheet to the current data sheet.

What to request with the first inquiry

Name the look from the board, the substrate you intend (cement board, existing render, insulation system), and whether the wall is straight, curved, or already built. Ask for a mill-run sample of that look and the current data sheet. Fire class, mass, and thickness are sheet facts, not brochure slogans.

Buyers can write through the contact form or WhatsApp. The sample kit is the start of a specification, not a catalogue gift. If the look is not yet chosen, start on the look board and come back with two or three names.

Certificates and test names belong on the sheet that ships with the sample. This note does not invent numbers that are not on that sheet.
